Sivan Velmathi
Professor of Chemistry
I am professor of chemistry at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India-620015. Started my research career in 1995 as junior research fellow at ICAR in sponsored project. Extended it in SPIC-Biotech division for two more year as junior research fellow from 1996-1998. Later, joined as CSIR Senior research fellow and completed the Ph.D degree from University of Madras in 2001. Then, worked as research associate in SPIC science foundation in 2002. Continued my research as post-doctoral fellow in Research Institute for Innovations in Sustainable Chemistry, Advanced Polymer Group, National Institute of Advanced Industrial science and Technology, Japan from 2003 –2006. After that joined as lecturer of chemistry at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
